I have been in the automotive industry since 2003. I worked as a repair tech for 13 years at private shops and then made the transition to service advisor in June of 2015. I have been working in Ford stores since 2017 and have been a part of the DCH Ford of Eatontown team since December 2022.

My visit was initiated by a minor issue that mushroomed into multiple problems but was handled professionally. The text messaging is very handy. Finally, the new automated voice receptionist really works well. I usually hate these things but this one works!
