I have been in the auto industry since 2000 - 21 years and counting! I am a Fleet Manager who works hard to ensure our department is always in compliance with auto industry standards and represents DCH Ford and its mission statement. My team can rely on me for training and motivation and offering the guidance necessary to minimize errors and strengthen their automotive career. Enhancing customer relations is one of my strong suits. My top priorities are to provide safety-conscious and budget-friendly products to our clients. The best aspect of my job is to see the smiles on our customers’ faces when they finally pick up their shiny new vehicle. My friends and colleagues know me for being honest, knowledgeable, and a master certified van and truck specialist. Outside of the dealership, I enjoy traveling, gardening, woodworking, rifle marksmanship, building, carpentry, and Tae Kwon Do. Some of my accomplishments include being a dental student at NYU Dental School and a Tae Kwon Do instructor. Giving back to others is one of my passions, and I have worked with many charitable organizations, including the Fort Lee Volunteer Ambulance Corps and the Red Cross. I am always up for conversations on various topics, from the simplest things to the highly scientific, engineering, and high-tech questions.

Well my experience with John was fine. I’ve been getting f150s for the past 14 years and every year my payment for my lease has been increasing significantly. Not only that, also my annual mileage decreased from 12000 to 7500. My last f150 was close to price as my new one is and I’m paying a significant amount more for my lease. So after this lease is up, ford can kiss my ass because I’m going with another company.
