About Claudia
I am a Customer Experience Manager at DCH Ford of Eatontown with a background deeply rooted in both the automotive and hospitality industries. Originally from Brasil and raised in New Jersey, I bring a diverse perspective to my work and am Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and English. My career path has been driven by a genuine desire to help people. After spending six years in automotive sales , I spent time in hospitality before returning to car business. I am know for being friendly and dedicated to finding my customers a vehicle they will truly love for years to come. I am particularly passionate about Ford trucks, as I appreciate their capability and reliability. Outside of work , my life is centered around family: I am the proud parent of one adult child. My personal interests include traveling through Europe and visiting family on the beautiful beaches of Brasil. When I'm at home , I enjoy Baking and Cooking, I also love fast sports cars.
