Throughout his career, he has helped dealerships achieve new levels of customer satisfaction, sales performance, and operational excellence across brands including Porsche, BMW, Toyota, Chevrolet, Ford, Volkswagen, and Audi. Cecil is passionate about building strong teams and believes that when employees feel supported, respected, and empowered, customers feel the difference. He has led major initiatives that improved service flow, enhanced the showroom experience, and created a more welcoming, transparent environment for every guest who walks through the door. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Cecil focuses on clear communication, honest pricing, and making the ownership experience simple and enjoyable. Outside the dealership, Cecil is a devoted family man. He and his wife Eileen enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren who bring endless joy to their lives. Cecil is an avid golfer. Cecil loves watching his grandchildren play sports and enjoys the time they spend fishing together. He also enjoys mentoring fellow automotive professionals and staying active in training programs that support employee development and customer care.
